More info in our eBay shop We aim to make wheels as good as new, this is the process we carry out We then examine the wheels for buckles bends flatspots and cracks.

All discrepancies are rectified (cracked or very damaged wheels are scrapped)

The wheels then go into a dip tank containing acid paint stripper. The next stage is a cold water wash

Then a hot water wash to remove any paint stripper residue. The wheels are then blasted to prepare the surface for powder coating.

Sanding comes next to remove any scuffs and scrapes, deeper gouges are TiG welded.

The wheels then preheating before applying a layer of tough powder coat.
